MEET

My name is Sabrina, owner and founder of Miss Lymph Inc, The Miss Lymph Method, and podcast No More Toxic Shit. Thank you so much for following along and being a part of this journey with me. I created Miss Lymph, not just to be a service-based business, but also an inclusive, community-based space where one can feel safe, inspired, and educated with all things lymphatic drainage. I am dedicated to continuous innovation, education, product development, and community engagement, fostering a culture where everyone can experience the profound benefits of lymphatic drainage physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

But other than being Miss Lymph, I’m also Sabrina (or everyone calls me Sabs). Here’s a little bit about me:

With a professional dance background that’s taken me from the dazzling lights of Vegas to the high seas of cruise ships, dance is not just a skill and a huge chapter of my life who made me who I am today, but it’s a vibrant part of my soul. My heart belongs to the world, always seeking new adventures and flavors. From savoring exotic cuisines in far-flung corners to soaking up the sun on the beach, traveling is my ultimate joy. Pilates and EMS are my secret weapons for staying strong and energized. I thrive on the challenge of pushing my body to its limits and revel in the post-workout glow. I love music and concerts! Getting lost in music is my favorite form of therapy. If you take me to karaoke, you’ll find me belting out classics like “Shoop” by Salt-N-Pepa and “Let Me Blow Your Mind” by Eve…. This is where I thrive haha

And tacos and spicy margs are my ultimate indulgence. Put those in my hand overlooking a beach or sunset with some quality company and good music in the background and I’m instantly happy.

Savannah's journey is one infused with rhythm and passion, a testament to the transformative power of dance. Born to move, Savannah's life revolved around the art of dance from a young age, shaping her into the person she is today. Her journey in dance reached remarkable heights, from captivating audiences on America's Got Talent to gracing the screens in Kaskade's music video alongside her sister.
